Anyone who knows me, knows I'm the easiest man to get along with. I've done a little bit of every job you could imagine. I love delving into new areas and challenging the machine I have ran for longer than I can possibly remember.
Being able to teach my son the work I've loved for many years is what I love most about this company we've built. Seeing him excel in everything I've worked for is all a father could dream of. Jason can be a little too much like me at times and we tend to both think we are right, but he will come around.
