Jason Hackleman

Since I was little I've dreamed of working side by side the man who taught me everything I know. It has been a lifetime goal to start Hacks Excavation, and when I finally convinced my dad I already had the rest in motion. Since I was a kid I loved watching Ray in everything he worked on. What kid wouldn't want to run big machinery and kick down trees when they're older?

Being able to work with him is nothing short of a dream. Ray has been my role model and biggest supporter for as long as I can remember. I can't wait to see what kind of jobs you have to throw us into.
